We have designed the perfect box for every type of jewellery, beautifully showcasing rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. The packaging method in the YES Online Store and in YES Stores may vary. 
In both cases, we ensure that your products are securely packed.

Shopping in the YES Jewellery Online Store

If you have an account on yesjewellery.com, you can check the current status of your order in your profile under the "My Orders" section. 
Additionally, you will receive real-time updates on the order processing status via the email address provided.

Any changes to a placed order can be made after our prior verification. 
We encourage you to contact one of our Customer Advisors.

To cancel an order, please contact one of our Customer Advisors. They will verify whether it is possible to cancel the placed order.

We have introduced a variety of convenient payment methods for your order:
  • Online bank transfer;
  • Payment card;
  • Google Pay;
  • Apple Pay.

All online payments are processed via PayU.

If you were unable to complete your payment, please check your email inbox for an order confirmation message. This email contains a link that allows you to make the payment again. If you continue to experience issues, please contact one of our Customer Advisors.

We offer you the most popular and secure delivery method: 
  • GLS courier (5.90 EUR)

We offer free shipping on orders over 70 EUR.

The total order processing time consists of: 
  • shipping time – the time required to prepare the package for dispatch, as indicated on each product page. 
  • delivery time – the time required for the courier to deliver the package. 

Courier delivery is carried out on business days. 
Delivery usually takes 5 business days.

We deliver jewellery to countries within the European Union. The shipping cost is 5.90 EUR. We offer free shipping on orders over 70 EUR.

Our eco-friendly boxes do not have any inscriptions. You don’t have to worry about anyone recognising what is inside your package. You can confidently order jewellery without the risk of someone guessing its contents.

Returns at YES Jewellery

If you wish to send your return via courier, you can pack the jewellery using the box in which you received your order. The box is reusable, meaning it has a closure that you can use when preparing the package. Place the well-secured jewellery inside the parcel along with all the elements included in your order (e.g., gift packaging).

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date the parcel is delivered to the company headquarters. 
By default, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as your purchase. If you would like the refund to be processed in a different form, please specify this in the return form.

As soon as the refund is processed, you will receive a notification at the email address provided in the return form.

Complaints at YES Jewellery

If you are submitting a complaint regarding an online purchase, please print and complete the complaint form.
Pack the jewellery you are making a complaint about, and include the completed and signed paper version of the form along with the proof of purchase. Then, visit https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/yes, where you can easily order a courier to collect the parcel and deliver it to the YES headquarters. 

To process a complaint, you must provide at least one of the following proofs of purchase: 
  • Receipt 
  • E-receipt (you don’t need to print it!) 
  • Product tag or certificate 
  • Payment confirmation 
  • Information about the date and place of purchase 
  • Online order number 

You will receive a complaint decision within 14 days from the date the parcel reaches the YES headquarters. You have the right to appeal this decision by reopening the complaint procedure. If you do not receive any information within 14 days, the complaint is considered resolved in accordance with your request.

Your e-receipt can be found in the email sent to the address provided when placing the order. 
Can’t find it? Don’t worry! If you have another proof of purchase, such as a product tag, certificate, payment confirmation, or if you can provide the specific date and place of purchase, your complaint may still be accepted conditionally.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy a single earring from a set. We only offer the purchase of a full pair or dedicated single earrings that are not part of a set.
